Initiative in Development — Join Us From the Start

We are building a path to stability for every neighbor

F.R.E.E. is a community initiative building a roadmap for homelessness prevention, workforce development, and affordable housing in Fall River. The resource directory below is live today — the rest is actively being built.

Three Pillars We Are Building

The F.R.E.E. roadmap addresses the root causes of poverty through an integrated approach. Here is what we are developing.

Homelessness Prevention

Building a roadmap to connect families and individuals to emergency shelter, rental assistance, and long-term housing solutions before crisis hits.

Workforce Development

Developing no-judgment employment pathways for justice-involved individuals. Our employer directory is live today — a structured program is being built.

Affordable Housing

Researching and pursuing tax credits, grants, and partnerships to develop transitional and permanent affordable housing in Fall River.

Behind This Initiative

This isn't a nonprofit with a board of directors and a marketing budget. It's one person who grew up in Fall River, knows what it looks like when systems fail people, and decided to stop waiting for someone else to build something. Every resource on this site was researched by hand. Every ledger entry is logged manually. Every dollar is accounted for publicly.
